Accessibility statement

What we've done

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The website includes:

• A "Skip to main content" link and full keyboard navigation, with visible focus outlines
• A text size control in the footer (A, A+, A++)
• Headings, labels and descriptions for screen readers, and text alternatives for images
• Animation that switches off if you have asked your device to reduce motion; the homepage slideshow can be paused
• Layouts that work on phones, tablets and when zoomed
• Keyboard shortcuts: press ? to see them

Known limitations

• The Google map on the contact page is provided by Google and may not be fully accessible; the address is always shown as text
• Uploaded drawings and our downloadable PDF may not be fully accessible to screen readers
